Job Description:
Sleep Health MD is seeking a full-time Sleep Medicine Provider to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and actively manage adult and pediatric patients with sleep disorders. Medical conditions treated encompass all sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia (including an active CBTI program), hypersomnia, parasomnia, circadian rhythm disorders, and restless legs syndrome.
Participate in our team approach with patients establishing “patient driven” goals with emphasis placed on the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction.
